Maximus is hiring for a Document Processing Coordinator to support the Massachusetts Business Supports Services (MA BSS) program. This is an onsite opportunity in Quincy, MA. The Document Processing Coordinator is responsible for processing incoming documents from provider offices, such as applications and other documentation by scanning, indexing and categorizing the documents for processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees document processing activities and provides quality oversight.
- Receives, sorts, and logs incoming and outgoing documents, including consumer and Supports Coordinator mailings.
- Logs returned packets and letters with bad address flag.
- Batches incoming documents by document type.
- Distributes internal mail and documents to the appropriate staff.
- Operates mailing machines, copiers, fax machines, and postage meters.
- Prepares and mails documents and materials upon request or direction.
- Verifies accuracy of mailings on a daily basis.
- Maintains responsibility for all scanning functions.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience using Microsoft (MS) Office suite.
- Experience supporting the MA BSS program within the last year preferred.
