Job Title: Records Manager (Mid-Level)
Location: Washington, DC (Onsite/Hybrid)
Clearance: Active Public Trust Required
Position Summary
Autonomic Integra (a JV between Business Integra and Autonomic Enterprise) is seeking a Mid-Level Records Manager to support records management and information governance activities for a federal client. The selected candidate will manage the records lifecycle, ensure compliance with federal records management standards and NARA regulations, and maintain secure electronic and physical records.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage records throughout their lifecycle, including creation, classification, retention, archiving, and disposition.
  • Ensure compliance with NARA regulations, federal records retention requirements, and client records management policies.
  • Maintain electronic records management systems (ERMS), SharePoint, and document repositories.
  • Support document control, records audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with program teams to organize and maintain official records.
  • Develop and maintain records inventories, file plans, and retention schedules.
  • Support information governance and knowledge management initiatives.
  • Ensure proper handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Library Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Active Public Trust Clearance (Required).
  • 3+ years of experience in records management supporting federal or government agencies.
  • Experience with records lifecycle management, NARA regulations, and federal records retention policies.
  • Experience with ERMS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal government agencies.
  • Knowledge of document control and configuration management.
  • Certified Records Manager (CRM) or related certification is a plus.
