Just Evotec Biologics is seeking a motivated Document Control Technician to join our Quality Assurance (QA) Team. The Document Control Technician will join a fast-paced, collaborative, and QA team. This position will be responsible for formatting and updating controlled documents-including SOPs, Work Instructions, and Master Batch Records-within Microsoft Word using updated document templates. This role ensures documents are standardized, compliant, and accurately formatted according to company quality and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word are required; experience with Veeva Vault or regulated documentation environments is preferred. As a key member of the QA team, the successful candidate will have excellent word processing skills, be an organized thinker, practice strong written and verbal communication skills, multitask effectively and work well independently and collaborative on teams.

As a Document Control Technician at Just Evotec Biologics, you'll have the freedom to ask the hard questions, think outside the box, and find creative solutions that push us forward. It's a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.

What You'll Do:

  • Format GMP documents:

    • Apply template styles

    • Update headers/footers

    • Maintain document content and consistency

  • Assist with the management of document control room at site and archival of documentation

  • Execute the scanning process for GMP records.

  • Support document/record migration activities.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of document updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in document control or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and dynamic environment.

The base pay range for this non-exempt position at commencement of employment is expected to be $27.00-30.00; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual's skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
