Procon is seeking a Document Control professional to support our Transportation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution to support efficient project execution.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or 2 years Associates degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in document control or related administrative roles, preferably within transportation or construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with document management software and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of transportation industry standards and project documentation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the collection, organization, and distribution of transportation project documents.
  • Maintain document control systems ensuring all project documentation is current and properly archived.
  • Coordinate document revisions, submittals, and approvals to support project timelines.
  • Assist project teams with document-related requests and inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on document status and compliance.
  • Support compliance with regulatory and contractual documentation requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and documentation flow.
