The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, have strong computer skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning new programs. You will play a crucial role in supporting team operations and collaborating with various departments.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in document management and data entry; previous administrative experience or Quality Assurance experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with additional software applications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
