About the Company

National Renewables is a residential solar and home efficiency company. Founded in 2014, we have continued to expand across the Southeast and recently opened our newest office in Fredericksburg, VA. We work alongside utility companies and local government to facilitate net metering and home efficiency programs in response to the increasing demand for power.

We conduct home energy evaluations and show qualified homeowners the options available specifically to them. Our goal is to support customers in improving their financial position and enhancing their overall relationship with their electricity usage. We specialize in residential solar and home efficiency improvements, including LED lighting, smart thermostats, and attic restorations.

Our Development Program

We have a consultative development program focused on effective communication. Our appointment setters are assigned to designated residential areas that have been surveyed and canvassed, where they are responsible for going door to door educating and informing homeowners about current changes with utility companies. All appointment setters are W-2 employees with guaranteed hourly pay of $20 per hour, plus an incentivized commission structure. On average, reps earn two to three times their hourly, with full-time reps earning over $1,500 per week.

Leadership is responsible for rep accountability, development, and progression within the program. We prioritize internal growth and view the development program as the optimal entry-level position for those seeking further advancement within the organization.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission:

  • Base salary of $50,000
  • Commission varies dependent on production of the office
  • Average Divisional Managers earning $160,000
  • Top Divisional Managers earning $220,000 +
