Job description

Overview
Our Global Business Development team is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to support Esri's enterprise customer strategy through the execution of globally consistent, scalable programs. We invite you to bring your program management experience, analytical skills, and passion for collaboration to be an integral part of a dynamic, cross-functional organization. At Esri, this individual will work closely with sales leaders, the Go-to-Market Lead, and global stakeholders to help deliver enterprise programs that deepen customer relationships, support sector priorities across Infrastructure, AEC, and Natural Resources, and contribute to measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Support enterprise program execution. Support the development and execution of global enterprise program offerings aligned to Infrastructure, AEC, and Natural Resources markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Global Business Development, Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies in support of defined sales program objectives.
  • Build relationships. Work collaboratively with sales, professional services, industry solutions, product, and operations teams to support program delivery. Help ensure alignment across stakeholders, track action items, and maintain consistent communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Analyze insights and track performance to drive continuous improvement. Analyze industry, customer, and competitive insights to inform enterprise program strategy, planning, and adjustments. Define, track, and report key metrics and performance indicators; identify risks and issues; escalate appropriately; and support mitigation efforts to keep programs on track and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Contribute to business impact. Support initiatives and change management efforts that drive customer acquisition, acceleration, and pipeline growth by coordinating enterprise programs, sales motions, and cross-divisional engagement efforts.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, go-to-market operations, sales operations, or a related role within a mid-to-large scale software or technology sales organization
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level or cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives
  • Experience analyzing data, tracking metrics, and translating insights into clear updates and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams and leadership
  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and customer engagement practices, with exposure to enterprise sales motions and program-based selling.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
