Job Description:

Are you detailed and have a strong Data Expertise with certification in Microsoft Office 365 and a strong knowledge of Excel? If so, we need you!
This position focuses heavily on data and reporting. Serves as the legislative session and reporting liaison for the 24-hour DHHS youth facilities. Additionally , it coordinates all other reporting for the facilities on the state and federal levels.

Job Duties:

  • This position focuses heavily on data and reporting. Serves as the legislative session and reporting liaison for the 24-hour DHHS youth facilities. Additionally, it coordinates all other reports for the facilities on the state and federal levels. Certification in Microsoft Office 365 and a strong Excel Knowledge is necessary.
  • The position ensures statutory, standard, and internal procedural compliance within facility operations through data monitoring and documentary auditing. It also facilitates and coordinates process improvements in response to non-compliance findings or procedural revisions.
  • Supervisor the Compliance Program Manager I in Kearney and indirectly supervise the Compliance Specialists at each facility.
  • Additional Duties as Assigned.

This is an In-Office Position. Driving is required at times.

Wage is $30.500

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, social/behavioral sciences, education, health sciences, public health, education, law or related field and one year experience in program planning, implementation, budgeting, monitoring, evaluating, marketing a program or service and supervising/managing staff. Related coursework, training and/or education may substitute for the Bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience or experience in program oversight. Certified in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and familiar with navigating data entry, collection, and analysis. Detail-oriented with a strong ability in report writing and proofreading. Possesses strong communication skills and navigates high-priority requests from internal entities and external stakeholders.

Other: Valid Driver's license is required
