What Does a successful Program Manager do at Fiserv?

As a successful Program Manager, you will ensure Fiserv consistently delivers on its commitments to strategic financial institution clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, delivery excellence and long-term partnership value by orchestrating complex programs and portfolios across the organization.

What you will do:

Serve as the primary program owner for medium to high-complexity programs, portfolios or projects of strategic importance.

Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with client leaders and internal partners.

Act as a strategic advisor to clients-providing insight, guidance and best-fit solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.

Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback informs roadmap, delivery and solution decisions.

Own client business objectives and success metrics.

Lead development of integrated program plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resources and delivery schedules.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field.

6+ years of experience in program and project management within business environments.

Proven success delivering large, complex and strategic programs.

Demonstrated experience with data-driven management, metrics and executive reporting.

Experience influencing cross-functional teams.

What would be great to have:

3+ years of experience in the financial services or payments industry.

Deep understanding of program/project management lifecycles and delivery governance.

Broad knowledge of platform-based solutions and enterprise technology environments.
