Job description


As a Distribution Sales Team member, you will play a crucial role in representing CORE clients and their products. Your primary goal is to sell these products to both new and existing customers, targeting operators within your assigned territory. You will collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring targets are met. Additionally, you will manage the entire sales process using CRM tools, fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Sell CORE client products to operators in the assigned territory, focusing on new and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio, a minimum of 15 Platinum Partners by calling on them every 60 days. This may vary depending on the number and size of distributors assigned.
  • Make a minimum of 8 sales calls per week.
  • Present a minimum of 3 clients on each sales call.
  • Assist in creating and implementing sales plans, ensuring they align with client targets.
  • Utilize CRM to manage and track sales activities, providing regular updates to the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights to the team.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and client satisfaction.
  • Generate sales reports and provide insights to the management team for strategy refinement.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.
