In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dispatch processes. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational skills. As a Dispatch Assistant, you will support our dispatch team by handling various tasks that contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate dispatch schedules and assignments for drivers.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and logistics documentation.
  • Assist in tracking deliveries and managing timelines to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor vehicle and driver performance and report any issues to the dispatch supervisor.
