Job Description Contact clients to keep them informed about the progress of their appointments Follow up on the progress of ongoing work with field teams Ensure workers clearly understand the tasks to be completed Communicate work schedules to employees Oversee the smooth execution of job sites Import and update data required for job execution through our internal computer systems and processes Prepare parts from the warehouse/store when needed Verify that pump schedules are confirmed and that required parts have been picked Book hotels and inform employees of the reservations Responsible for scheduling mechanical inspections at the heavy-vehicle inspection center, following documents received from the SAAQ Perform any other tasks requested by the employer COMPETENCY PROFILE Education High school diploma completed (DES) Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience related to the position (mandatory) Knowledge of the drilling and geothermal industry (strong asset) Specific Knowledge Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and strong ability to learn new software Excellent French, both spoken and written, and intermediate English Key Skills Customer-service oriented with strong teamwork abilities Ability to work under pressure, meet frequently changing deadlines, and manage multiple files simultaneously Strong prioritization and organizational skills
