Reports to: Wholesale Operations Manager

Work Location: Remote

Hours/Days: 5pm-9pm Eastern Time/Monday - Friday


Summary:

The Disclosure Desk Analyst reviews and delivers loan disclosure documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with relevant lending laws, while delivering excellent customer service.  


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verify the accuracy of loan documents and ensure disclosures comply with federal and state regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver loan disclosures within established timeframes
  • Work closely with brokers to resolve any documentation issues to ensure timely generation of disclosures
  • Monitor workflows, prioritize and manage pipeline to meet deadlines
  • Keep current on loan products, guidelines and requirements such as TRID, RESPA, and HMDA
  • Other duties as assigned
