  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, including RFIs and RFPs, with support from internal subject matter experts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners
  • Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across TELUS Health's broader portfolio
  • Strategically manage pipeline growth while prioritizing high-impact opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support integrated, multi-line-of-business client strategies
  • Represent TELUS Health at national sales initiatives, industry events, and client engagements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive business development or sales experience, with demonstrated success in lead generation and opportunity management
  • Experience selling into small to mid-market organizations
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach
  • Ability to create and execute strategic business development plans
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills, professional maturity, and comfort operating in a growth-driven environment

Preferred / Nice to Have (in one of the 2 noted)

  • 5+ years experience in Absence & Disability Management, group benefits, workers' compensation, occupational health, or employee health and wellbeing solutions
  • 5+ experience selling health, HR, or benefits-related solutions in the U.S. market

Location & Structure

  • Location: U.S.-based (remote)
  • Territory: Segment-based (small to mid-market), not tied to a specific geography
  • Compensation Structure: Base + variable compensation, with a strong emphasis on performance and growth outcomes

Why Work at TELUS Health
