  • Build and lead a performance-based business development and account management shared service team dedicated to supporting multi-brand dealer networks and B2B partnerships.

  • Strong AI literacy and data-driven analysis skills, demonstrating the ability to integrate advanced AI and CRM tools to optimize the partner sales pipeline, forecast growth, and analyze channel market share.
  • A collaborative and change-resilient leadership style that serves as a culture catalyst, empowering business development professionals while aligning front-line channel operations with corporate goals.
  • Growth-oriented mindset of curiosity, pride, adventure, and winning that aligns with core organizational values in a fast-paced, disruptive market, paired with the willingness to travel to partner headquarters and regional hubs.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience: 10 years of experience in high-level telecom sales, indirect distribution, and business development leadership (including at least 3 years at the Director level)
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:
    • Managing indirect sales channels, master agent ecosystems, and partner acquisition mechanics within the wireless sector
    • Complex contract management, revenue-share structures, and negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
