Job Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities


Lead process analysis, documentation, and optimization across enterprise workstreams tied to enterprise initiatives.
Provide program management oversight for process-driven initiatives, ensuring delivery against milestones and objectives tied to enterprise initiatives.
Proactively identify process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies; design and implement solutions to close them.
Develop and deliver high-impact executive presentations to influence decision-making and drive accountability.
Engage and challenge senior leaders to resolve issues, align priorities, and adopt transformation strategies. Communicate timely and proactively with the ability to influence, solution and partner.
Support knowledge transfer (KT) efforts as a key transformational element, ensuring process clarity, consistency, and continuity across teams in an effort to mitigate risk for business continuity.
Partner with Program Leads, Governance, and functional leaders to ensure process improvements align with broader enterprise goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelors Degree
Extensive experience leading business process management, enterprise program management, and large-scale transformation initiatives across complex organizations.
Deep expertise in EPMO leadership, process design, optimization, and driving enterprise-wide change at scale.
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and shape strategic decisions across cross functional leadership teams.
Track record of identifying systemic gaps and leading enterprise-wide process improvements that drive measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations, facilitating leadership alignment and decision-making using data-driven insights.
Strong capability in building and defending executive business cases that inform investment decisions and strategic direction.
Demonstrated leadership in orchestrating multiple, interdependent workstreams into a cohesive enterprise program, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
Ability to translate complex, cross-divisional data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
Industry experience in healthcare, life sciences, or consulting strongly preferred.

Salary Range:

$118,700.00 - $207,800.00

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
