Job description

Syneos Health is seeking a Director of Product Management in Morrisville, NC (Hybrid) to lead a broad set of products and define the overall product strategy for a large portfolio. You will drive the vision, align across stakeholders, and ensure delivery of data-driven client solutions.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with engineering to translate business needs into actionable product requirements, while navigating the CRO industry and Agile/Scrum practices.
