We are seeking sales and business professionals to become an independent Agent or Business Partner (IBO). You will have the ability to build your own team or simply work for yourself. At Solar Techs we provide online training and resources for you to get started. We offer Full time and Part time growth incentives to fit your schedule. To be successful in this position, you need to be highly motivated, extremely confident, a self-starter with a positive attitude, love engaging people, and possess strong communications and time management skills. As a representative for Solar Techs, it is your job to help customers come up with the best possible home solutions.

Responsibilities:

Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals

Identify and sign up qualifying customers for the services

Administrative duties include but are not limited to recapping, reporting, recruiting, and training.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to drive (No bus, taxi uber transportation)
  • Solid organization, communication and interpersonal skills are imperative
  • Reliable form of transportation (commuting/travel is required)
  • Must have a cell phone
  • Must be able to pass a drug test

Bilingual is a plus
