About the Role

The Wolters Kluwer Health Revenue Operations team is seeking a Director of Sales Programs who will be responsible for defining and executing the global sales programs that accelerate pipeline growth, improve seller productivity, and drive revenue performance. This leader partners closely with Global and Regional Sales Leadership to identify commercial opportunities, assess business performance, and develop scalable programs that enable sales teams to execute more effectively and achieve growth objectives.

Operating at the intersection of sales strategy, go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and revenue operations, the Director translates business priorities into repeatable programs that improve pipeline generation, opportunity progression, customer acquisition, and sales effectiveness. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the Sales Programs Director combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and elite program management skills to influence decisions, drive organizational alignment, and deliver commercial outcomes.

In this role, you will:

Define and Execute Global Sales Programs

  • Develop and execute the global Sales Programs strategy aligned to commercial priorities and revenue objectives.
  • Design scalable sales programs that accelerate pipeline generation, improve opportunity conversion, and increase sales productivity.
  • Build program frameworks that can be deployed globally while enabling flexibility to meet regional business needs.
  • Establish success measures and continuously optimize programs based on business performance and customer insights.

Partner with Sales Leadership

  • Partner with Global and Regional Sales Leaders to identify pipeline gaps, growth opportunities, and execution priorities.
  • Translate commercial strategies into actionable sales programs that improve field execution and business performance.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership by providing recommendations supported by sales analytics, market insights, and program performance.
  • Lead executive business reviews and program performance discussions.

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development to ensure successful program execution.
  • Build executive alignment, resolve competing priorities, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
  • Partner with Enablement to ensure field readiness, adoption, and consistent execution of strategic sales programs.

Lead and Develop the Team

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Programs organization.
  • Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable team culture focused on delivering measurable business results.

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background resembles:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Demand Generation, Business Development, or a related commercial function.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven success designing and executing global sales programs that deliver measurable pipeline growth, seller productivity, and revenue impact.
  • Experience partnering with executive Sales Leadership to influence program strategy and drive organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales motions, preferably within SaaS, healthcare technology, cloud, or other complex commercial environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and customer insights into scalable commercial programs and executive recommendations.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve commercial execution and sales effectiveness is preferred.

Compensation:

$165,400.00 - $295,600.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
