Senior Proposal Manager โ€“ Federal IT
Hybrid Schedule: Mondays & Fridays remote

Overview
Nationwide IT Services is seeking a strategic, detail-driven Senior Proposal Manager to lead high-impact federal proposals from capture through submission. Based in Fairfax, VA, this role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can turn winning strategies into compliant, compelling submissions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end proposal management across multiple, concurrent efforts
  • Translate win strategies into clear, compliant, and high-quality proposals
  • Develop and manage schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
  • Drive storyboards, color team reviews, and solution sessions
  • Oversee technical, management, staffing, and past performance volumes
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams (SMEs, writers, graphics, subcontractors)
  • Direct proposal production and final delivery with precision and quality
  • Ensure on-time submissions in deadline-driven, high-pressure environments

Requirements:
  • 5+ yearsย of federal proposal management experience (IT/technical focus)
  • Strong command of Shipley proposal methodologies
  • Experience with IDIQs, GWACs, quick-turn bids, and large pursuits
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence, align, and execute across teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (expert-level MS Word)
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Preferred
  • Experience supporting DoW and/or Intelligence Community (IC) proposals
