Job description

Overview

As the Sr. Mgr, Program Management, you must be able to execute New Product Introduction (NPI) and BU level initiatives as structured programs, working closely with cross functional teams by successfully establishing a shared goal/vision. You will be seen as a process expert who helps in designing the right level of process based on program context and keep the communication going with live dashboards for OKR tracking.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute Projects through a structured New Product Introduction (NPI) process, right from ideation to post launch enablement.
  • Demonstrate previous experience in facilitating cross functional collaboration, communication and proactively minimizing risks and issues to drive program success.
  • Build valued working relationships with subject matter experts in functional areas along with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills, outstanding written and verbal communication talent.
  • Take full ownership of program success by driving alignment, resolving conflicts, and ensuring delivery of high-quality results that support business objectives
  • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure team has tools, guidance and established priorities to successfully lead programs/projects.
  • Establish and measure quarterly objectives and key results (OKR) of the team.
  • Serve as champion and/or change agent of process improvement initiatives focused on.
  • Contribute to team effort by consistently delivering results and adapting as needed to evolving priorities.
Qualifications

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Strong background in IOT based Product lines that includes software, hardware and services bundling.
  • Previously led large scale programs/project as a Program Manager, ideally in the B2B domain.
  • Demonstrate confidence in communicating effectively with cross functional technical teams, business organizations, vendors and leadership.
  • 10+ years of relevant Program Management experience within engineering domain, preferably product development role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office products is a must.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or technical field. Masters preferred.
  • Strong Mechanical and Technical aptitude.
  • Agile, SAFe framework, experience is a plus.
  • 25% travel required.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
