Job Description HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Director, Programs for Operations in support of United States Special Operations Pacific (SOCPAC). The Director, Programs will work closely with customers and staff in support of SOCPAC and GSA AAS-Defense concerning execution of the Task Order. This role’s responsibilities include the coordination and completion of multiple projects on time, within budget, and within scope.

Oversee all aspects of the program's Operations on multiple projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors, and summarizes progress of projects in compliance with all project deliverables. Prepare reports for government customers and Program Manager regarding the status of multiple ongoing projects.

The successful candidate will directly lead our various Project Managers to ensure these projects fall within their applicable scope and budget. Essential Job Responsibilities Responsible for providing program management oversight of all projects executed at SOCPAC Directs all phases of project execution from Initiation through Closeout Manages the hiring and onboarding and human resources aspects for all personnel assigned to projects Supports all internal business operations with the company to ensure all aspects of the projects are aligned with corporate policy Verifies all project deliverables before they are sent to the Government client to verify accuracy and professional product delivery Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems, and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications Directs the work of employees assigned to projects Minimum Qualifications 10 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; or 8 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field 3 years of demonstrated experience managing teams executing requirements on Government contracts Strong critical thinking skills, writing skills, and communication skills to understand clients’ problems and identify process improvements to address challenges Organized, flexible, adaptable, team-oriented, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous situations A working understanding of business methodologies including process mapping, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and creation of performance metrics Ability to utilize MS Office Suite, including Visio, to prepare presentations and gain stakeholder buy-in Certification in Project Management (PMP or CAPM) Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance Preferred Requirements Experience managing clients in a dynamic federal environment where priorities can shift rapidly and access to technology can also change dramatically over the life of a project Prior management experience Knowledge and experience using Lean Six Sigma methodologies Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
