Overview

A well-established global engineering and construction firm is seeking a Senior Program Manager based in Hawaii to lead and grow federal construction programs across the Indo-Pacific region.

This role is ideal for a senior construction leader who understands the realities of building in Hawaii and the Pacific — logistics, federal stakeholders, remote sites, labor constraints, and long-term client relationships. You'll oversee complex vertical and horizontal construction projects for U.S. Government clients while helping shape future work in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Federal Program & Project Delivery — Lead planning and execution of federal construction programs across HawaiĘ»i, Guam, and the broader Indo-Pacific.
  • Federal Program & Project Delivery — Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies based on Pacific-region experience.
  • Federal Program & Project Delivery — Develop SOWs, WBSs, and execution plans aligned with federal contract requirements.
  • Federal Program & Project Delivery — Ensure compliance with internal project controls, federal standards, and client expectations.
  • Risk, Cost & Schedule Management — Identify and manage risks related to logistics, labor availability, schedule constraints, and cost escalation.

  • PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
  • Willingness to travel across the Pacific (30-40%).
  • Valid driver's license.
