Program Manager - Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2)
Location: Camp H.M. Smith, HI | Salary: $175,000-$200,000+ | Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Eligible | Direct Hire
About the Role
Join a mission-driven team as our Program Manager, leading high-impact logistics and sustainment operations for the Indo-Pacific region. This pivotal leadership opportunity offers you the chance to shape proposal strategies, drive operational excellence, and work directly with senior military and government stakeholders. Be the primary point of contact at SOCPAC Headquarters, Camp Smith, HI, and make an immediate difference in defense logistics.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary government point of contact for the contract, ensuring seamless communication and performance.
- Lead, guide, and supervise contractor personnel; assign tasks and oversee technical efforts.
- Manage program execution, including technical performance and business processes across multiple OCONUS locations.
- Exercise full authority to make key decisions and proactively address programmatic, contractual, and resource challenges.
- Provide leadership during the proposal phase and participate in FEDSIM oral presentations.
- Travel as needed to CONUS and OCONUS locations to maintain program oversight and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills and Experience
- Retired military officer (O5 or O6, non-Navy) with active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
- Minimum 10 years of program management experience in comparable, complex programs.
- Extensive logistics experience, with a track record of managing performance-based projects across multiple OCONUS sites.
- PMP certification.
- At least 5 years of experience working within or alongside USINDOPACOM partner nations.
- Must currently reside on Oahu, HI.
Preferred Skills
- Recent direct experience at SOCPAC HQ or similar command.
- Experience in shaping and delivering successful government proposals.
- Advanced understanding of Indo-Pacific logistics challenges and partner nation engagement.
