  • Leading day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of Defense engagements to align execution with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
  • Translating leadership priorities into integrated workplans, milestones, deliverables, staffing plans, and execution priorities across projects and workstreams
  • Coordinating governance routines, status reviews, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications to drive decisions, resolve issues, and maintain delivery momentum

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Public Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, National Security, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, PMO leadership, or complex client delivery, including substantial experience supporting federal or Defense clients; 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a consulting, professional services, or government contracting environment
  • Experience managing delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations across multiple engagements, workstreams, or portfolios
  • Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders, preparing senior leadership reporting, and managing portfolio governance, risk management, issue escalation, and performance reporting in a federal contracting environment
  • Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain required clearance
  • Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of Defense, DoD, or federal program delivery experience
