Come grow with us!Torch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Program Management (PM) Support position located at the Air Force Research Laboratory’s (AFRL) Munitions Directorate (RW) Technology Integration Division (AFRL/RWI) at Eglin AFB, FL.As a PM Support, your duties include, but are not limited to:Provide expert advice and assistance to Program Managers and Engineers to support next-generation weapon development capability planning and problem-solving; provide cross-functional team support to management with expertise in acquisition program/project management.Advise and assist with acquisition activities before, during, and at contract close-out. Responsible for coordinating and submitting documents across teams within RW as well as coordinating and communicating effectively with outside organizations, both Government and industry.Advise and assist in the preparation of analyses; interpreting, researching, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments to meet planning schedules, leadership-directed taskers, and associated deadlines.Advise and assist with critical, often time-sensitive support evaluating budgets and assisting with capturing current and future investment pictures as required by RW Leadership. Identify issues, determine resolution, and coordinate actions.Maintain tasker status regarding requests for briefings, charts, information, etc.Maintain internal and external team contact lists.Maintain team calendars for leave/meetings/TDY and tracking program action items.Manage multiple Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) products for associated contracts. Track status of CDRL document receipt, reviews, and approvals. Notify program team when documents are due and when they are late.Assist with keeping program up to date with current documentation and status updates utilizing digital tools.Assist with systems engineering processes, such as Risk Management and mitigation, technical performance measure tracking, and technology readiness level progression.Support the development of program briefings and documents, assisting with formatting and graphics and meeting suspense dates.Support planning and execution of large program events; find rooms/facilities, schedule rooms for required briefings/discussions/meetings/etc & Coordinate security requirements. Tracking status of base access for visiting personnel. Coordinate event notices and announcements. Maintain attendee lists. Take notes and integrate notes from others into single set of minutes. Coordinate requests/receipt of necessary briefings.Required Qualifications:U.S. Citizenship.Master's degree or equivalent applicable work experience (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree).10 Years of directly related experience.Precise attention-to-detail, able to track and coordinate multiple programmatic and technical activities simultaneously and effectively.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.Experience using model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools, Jira, Confluence, and Cameo.Excellent communication skills (oral and written).Knowledge of AF management directives and procedures.Professional experience in administrative duties & office organization.Excellent customer service experience and skills.Current Secret security clearance is required at hire.
