Job Description Summary:
Reports To: Head of Dispensed Platform
Role Summary:
As the Sr. Director, Product Management & Delivery - Flex, you will be responsible for owning initiatives and driving success in line with the Dispensed Platform goals, managing the delivery of strategic projects tied to equipment and technology development and execution. This role focuses on balancing stakeholder needs and technical requirements with delivery roadmaps to ensure objectives are met. You will coordinate resources and efforts around equipment initiatives, fostering alignment between cross-functional teams and optimizing execution.
Platform & Delivery Management Competencies:
Strong ability to translate operational goals into actionable resource planning and scheduling using delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Workfront, or other PM software).
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or Business-related fields.

Pay Range:
United States of America: 176,000 USD - 205,000 USD
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
