Location:  Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)

We exist to transform our customers and change lives

About the Role

As the Growth Product Manager, you are responsible for onboarding, activation, and retention of customers using RF-SMART Shipping & Transportation products. In this highly impactful and visible role you will collaborate across and up/down the organization at all levels to achieve a product experience our users love and want more of.  As the perfect fit for this role your extreme passion for the intersection of data and measurable outcomes, user experience design, and innovation will be the unique value you bring to the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the Quick Start offering, the technology guided implementation experience that meets RF-SMART Shipping customers where they are and helps usher them through their implementation on their terms as an alternative to the traditional managed implementation. This includes continued discovery and experimentation, improving the experience as new tools and product features become available, and proliferating understanding of what Quick Start does and can be to internal stakeholders.
  • Design customer experience experiments required for product led growth strategies including but not limited to: trial use of products, self-renew, self-upgrade, and retention.
  • Update our customer community on new features as they are released through release notes, product documentation, in-app guides, and other content mediums.
  • Research, implement and own instruments that support growth strategies at scale, including but not limited to: Pendo, surveys, closed/open beta, other analytics tools, and others as defined.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a discipline focused on or relevant to UX such as marketing, graphic design, HCI, psychology, or computer science.
  • Strong skills with digital product adoption and analytics platforms. Pendo experience strongly preferred.
  • Basic familiarity with tools and frameworks common in front-end application development such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, etc. preferred.
  • Basic familiarity with databases and ability to write and understand simple SQL preferred.
  • Possess an innate ability to "think outside the box" and be creative to accomplish tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
