Senior Director of Social Demand Generation (Healthcare SaaS)
Position Overview
Adit is looking for a high-impact, growth-obsessed social demand generation leader to build and scale one of the company's most successful lead-generation engines.
This is not a traditional social media manager role.
We are looking for the "Michael Jordan" of social demand generation, someone who deeply understands how to create influence, conversations, trust, and pipeline inside niche professional communities.
This role will own the strategy for scaling that success across:
Dental
Orthodontics
Optometry
Chiropractic
Additional healthcare verticals over time
The ideal candidate understands how to drive demand generation through:
Facebook Community-based marketing
Social influence
Educational content
Content Strategy Using Key opinion leader (KOL)
Webinar and podcast strategy
Organic engagement
Social-first storytelling
Influencer/community relationships
Conversion-focused social campaigns
This person will work cross-functionally with Adit's:
Marketing team

This role has a direct impact on pipeline generation, demos booked, revenue growth, and brand authority.
Core Responsibilities:
Community-Led Demand Generation
Own and scale Adit's social/community demand generation strategy.
Drive qualified leads and booked demos through healthcare communities.
Build scalable engagement systems inside Facebook groups, forums, and niche online communities.
Identify and expand into new high-performing healthcare communities.
Develop engagement playbooks that increase visibility, trust, and conversion.
Create systems for posting, commenting, nurturing, and relationship building.
Content Strategy & Creation
Create compelling social-first content designed to educate, engage and convert healthcare practices.
Develop engaging short-form content for:
Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
LinkedIn
YouTube Shorts/Reels
Partner with design/video teams to create high-performing creative assets.
Turn customer stories, Case Studies, ROI metrics, and product insights into social proof.
Create content that feels native to each platform/community.
Leverage Influencer & KOL Partnerships
Develop KOL partnership strategies across dental, ortho, optometry, and chiropractic.
Coordinate co-branded webinars, podcasts, interviews, and educational content.
Source and activate customer advocates.
Webinar & Podcast
Launch and scale webinar strategies that generate pipeline.
Partner with Business Development leadership on educational and conversion-focused events.
Help coordinate podcast appearances and thought leadership opportunities.
Analytics & Conversion Optimization
Track performance metrics across communities and campaigns.
Optimize content and engagement strategies based on:
Lead Gen
Demo conversion rates
Cost per opportunity
Engagement quality
Pipeline generated
Revenue influenced
Identify top performing messaging // Strategy and replicate across verticals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Business Development, sales, marketing, and customer success.
Ensure strong alignment between social engagement and outbound/inbound follow-up.
Partner with Internal sales teams to maximize conversion from social-generated leads.

5+ years in social demand generation, community marketing, growth marketing, influencer marketing, or pipeline generation.
Proven experience generating measurable pipeline/revenue from social or online communities.
Deep understanding of Facebook Groups and community-led growth.

Experience creating conversion-oriented content.
Strong understanding of engagement psychology and trust-building.
