Position Summary...The (USA) Director, Operations and Implementation leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple projects and programs Globally, and at scale. They will ensure alignment with business objectives and support segment strategies. This role drives operational excellence by managing resources, optimizing processes, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. The director champions continuous improvement, talent development, and adherence to company standards, while delivering measurable business outcomes. By leveraging data insights and stakeholder engagement, this position supports scalable, sustainable solutions that enhance the associate and customer experience in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

The team leads the management and enhancement of talent and recruiting systems, aligning operations with business goals and evolving workforce needs. Collaborating with HR, Recruiting, IT, and cross-functional partners, they ensure operational excellence through data integrity, system security, and policy compliance. Utilizing data-driven insights, the team continuously improves system performance and streamlines workflows globally.   • Lead the development and improvement of multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business initiatives and support segment strategy.

  • Design and operationalize initiatives within support segment frameworks, ensuring target associate and customer experiences are represented.
  • Deploy leadership methodologies and operational processes across functions, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring execution.

  • Foster talent development through recruitment, mentorship, and succession planning to maintain a skilled workforce.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
