Job description

Under the direction of the Director - Foundation Operations, the Foundation Operations Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, aligning programs and processes Ministry-wide standards, supporting fund and database management, and managing the logistics and execution of meetings and fundraising events.Position Details:*This is primarily an on-site position at the NWA Foundation Office**
Qualifications:

Required Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in lieu of a degree in addition to the required experience

Require Experience: 3 years of experience in a supporting role

Preferred Experience: Experience in philanthropy is highly desirable
Other Skills:

- Management experience in meeting goals

- Excellent writing and organization skills
