As our Operations Manager you will oversee the overall business and operational functions of the facility. Ensures production goals and objectives align with corporate expectations, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
Keys Responsibilities (To Name A Few)
  • Oversees manufacturing operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborates with high-performance teams to drive business success.
  • Prepares forecasts and analyzes key data, including labor, scrap, production efficiency, cost reductions, and product quality.
  • Supports workforce management through effective hiring, training, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Provides leadership to managers, supervisors, support staff, and production personnel.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least eight years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in an operations or materials management environment preferred.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including planning, organizing, communication, decision-making, and team motivation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
