Job description

We are seeking Post Process Technicians who will ensure products are packaged on time and assist in the trim, bucking, and grinding processes. You will follow all applicable SOPs and abide by all policies and PPE requirements. You will help out in all areas of the post process and cross-train in all applicable areas. This person should possess a positive attitude and work well within a team environment. Responsibilities:Follow all work assignments and instructions provided by the Post-Processing Lead or Manager.Maintain proper PPE and personal hygiene requirements throughout production.Assist with pre-roll and vape cartridge production, including filling, weighing, inspecting, and packaging product.Accurately weigh, count, seal, package and label ready-to-use cannabis products. This includes but is not limited to cannabis flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, edibles, concentrates and other cannabis-infused products.Perform hand trimming and machine trimming of cannabis flower according to established quality and production standards.Inspect cannabis flower throughout the trimming and processing stages to ensure quality, consistency, and proper presentation.Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, equipment, and production areas according to established sanitation procedures.Perform record keeping accurately and completely as directed by a lead or supervisor.Follow all company SOPs and safety procedures applicable to Verona Collective's standards.Identify and immediately report quality concerns, contamination, damaged products, equipment issues, discrepancies, or other production concerns to management.Complete assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within the expected timeframe.Remain flexible and assist with other post-processing duties as needed based on daily production needsAssist with additional production across different departments within the duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and established SOPs.Capability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.Illustrating leadership qualities in their work.Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Must be 21 years or olderAbility to lift up to 50 poundsWho You Are:Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, following directions from the Post Processing Manager and Leads and effectively supporting team members.The capacity to adapt to changing circumstances, handle setbacks, and maintain composure under pressure.Adaptability and resilience inspire confidence in the team and help navigate challenges effectively.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.Located in Upstate New York, Verona Collective offers a diverse range of cannabis products ranging from flower to edibles, all of which are cultivated and produced entirely by the Oneida Indian Nation.
