White Columns Country Club - Milton, GA

White Columns Country Club, where the virtues of a country club lifestyle thrive. From the championship golf course designed by Tom Fazio to the excellent swim, tennis and fitness facilities, White Columns delivers an unprecedented Member experience.

That experience is further elevated by the Champions Club, an ultra-premium multi-club membership platform in Atlanta that includes White Columns, The Manor Golf & Country Club and Country Club of South. Now a membership to White Columns includes access to the exceptional courses and amenities of all three clubs-all within a 15-mile radius.

Responsibilities;

-Teach private and/or group lessons for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

-Follow the curriculum as determined by the Director of Tennis.

-Supervise leagues, teams and other tennis programs as assigned by the Head Professional.

-Maintain accurate class attendance records.

-Monitor and relate student's progress to student on a regular basis.

-Promote club programs and encourage registration/participation.

-Attend all departmental staff meetings.

-Attend quarterly all-staff meetings.

-Motivate students through use of new teaching techniques in private or group lessons.

-Report for lessons on time and in professional attire.

-Abide by all club company rules and procedures as outlined in the Employee

Manual.

-Accept and complete all assignments deemed appropriate by the Director of Tennis or General Manager.

Job Qualifications: Upon hire, the teaching professional must:

-Have a USPTA or USPTR certification.

-Have minimum of two (2) years teaching experience.

-Demonstrate a moderate to high level of playing proficiency.

-Demonstrate on court teaching techniques.

-Have CPR certification.

-Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

-Maintain positive attitude.
