Club Location:
White Columns Country Club - Milton, GA

Responsibilities;
-Teach private and/or group lessons for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
-Follow the curriculum as determined by the Director of Tennis.
-Supervise leagues, teams and other tennis programs as assigned by the Head Professional.
-Maintain accurate class attendance records.
-Monitor and relate student's progress to student on a regular basis.
-Promote club programs and encourage registration/participation.
-Attend all departmental staff meetings.
-Attend quarterly all-staff meetings.
-Motivate students through use of new teaching techniques in private or group lessons.
-Report for lessons on time and in professional attire.
-Abide by all club company rules and procedures as outlined in the Employee
Manual.
-Accept and complete all assignments deemed appropriate by the Director of Racquets or General Manager.
Job Qualifications: Upon hire, the teaching professional must:
-Have a USPTA or USPTR certification.
-Have minimum of two (2) years teaching experience.
-Demonstrate a moderate to high level of playing proficiency.
-Demonstrate on court teaching techniques.
-Have CPR certification.
-Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
-Maintain positive attitude.
