ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and implements procedures and functions of the membership office and tennis operations. Directs all membership and tennis activities personally or through subordinate staff members. Promotes and follows LJBTC, Inc.'s Signature Service standards and requirements ensuring a lasting impression of exemplary service resulting in supremely satisfied and loyal members and guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and manage the operations of membership, including but not limited to: boutique, beach, massage, tennis, golf and fitness activity programs to ensure exceptional member experiences and smooth daily operations.
  • Lead membership recruitment efforts, including prospecting, outreach, tours, onboarding, and application processing to create a welcoming new member experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members, serving as the main contact for membership questions, concerns, and support.
  • Develop and implement member retention and engagement strategies, including orientations, welcome events, referrals, and ambassador programs.
  • Coordinate private tours, club previews, member events, seasonal programs, and social activities in partnership with other departments and committees.
  • Collaborate with departments such as events, golf, racquets, fitness, youth programs, and catering to enhance the overall member experience.
  • Maintain accurate membership records, waiting lists, status changes, upgrades, and database reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on membership activity, engagement, conversions, and trends for leadership and committees.
  • Support Membership Committee initiatives, coordinate meetings, and help implement committee and Board decisions.
  • Communicate with members and prospects through newsletters, promotional materials, and other membership communications.
  • Represent the Club at community and industry events as an ambassador for the Club's brand, culture, and mission.
  • Assist with membership budgeting, expense tracking, strategic planning, and special projects as assigned.
  • Monitor member feedback, industry trends, and local market activity to improve membership growth and member satisfaction.
