Role: Director of Operations
As we continue to grow and scale the organization, we are seeking a strong Director of Operations to join, support the vision and help build the future of law.
This position involves working directly with the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team, operating across multiple brands at the intersection of AI, innovation, business and enterprise legal services.
We are looking for an energetic, self-directed, sharp Director of Operations, with experience in the enterprise legal sector, to own execution across our organization.
This is a high-impact role combining operational leadership, business development and outreach, program management, and strategic project support. You will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer and leadership across multiple brands, keeping things moving, driving objectives forward and making things happen. This role supports strategy and is heavily focused on execution and outcomes.

Position Description
Business Development & Outreach
โข Support business development strategies and serve as an extension of the Chief Executive Officer
โข Build and work a pipeline of target clients
โข Execute regular outreach and relationship-building
โข Conduct preliminary qualification and evaluation
โข Maintain clean CRM notes and pipeline tracking with disciplined follow through
โข Identify, support and manage other screening efforts for resources, whether those are consultants, providers or partners.
Program Management
โข Manage strategic partner relationships across multiple brands
โข Develop and refine the strategic partner program
โข Build process and relationships with our partners
Operations & Coordination
โข Manage day-to-day operational execution across multiple brands
โข Coordinate vendors, contractors and external partners in carrying out the work
โข Own project management and workflow systems keeping all workstreams organized and on track
โข Support content strategy, coordination and brand operations
โข Manage communications, follow ups and administrative priorities across brands
โข Interface with marketing, PR and other team members to ensure seamless execution
Strategic Projects & CEO Support
โข Support the CEO on high priority strategic projects and initiatives across all brands
โข Conduct research, prepare briefings and assist with presentations and proposals
โข Help manage key relationships and communications on behalf of the CEO
โข Anticipate needs, identify gaps and proactively solve problems before they escalate
โข Maintain confidentiality, discretion and integrity across all aspects of the role
What you bring:
โข 6 to 8 years of experience in operations, business development or a hybrid executive leadership support role
โข Exoerience with the in-house legal and legaltech market is required
โข Active LinkedIn presence with genuine comfort doing professional outreach - this is a core function of the role
โข Hands on LinkedIn, Navigator and CRM experience
โข Exceptional organizational skills and follow through: nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
โข Strong written and verbal communication - you represent the CEO and the brands professionally at all times
โข Self-starter who anticipates needs and executes without micromanagement while keeping the noise level down for the CEO
โข High energy, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity, capable of adapting to evolving needs
โข Professionally resilient and collaborative in this fast-moving high-output environment
โข Sense of humor, positive outlook and genuine enthusiasm for legal innovation and AI
What This Is Not
This is not a role for someone who prefers a large structured organization, needs extensive direction on a regular basis or is uncomfortable with ambiguity or various workstreams across different areas. You will be working directly with a founder across multiple brands in a fast-moving environment. The ability to adapt, evolve and produce while remaining a positive and committed team player are essential. This is not a pure strategic planning role as accountability for executing against goals and objectives to drive measurable results is essential. This is also not a purely administrative role. You will be expected to think strategically, communicate professionally at a senior level and take true ownership of your workstreams.
