Summary

The Director of Operational Excellence is responsible for developing and standardizing operating systems, procedures, and performance frameworks that drive consistency across the warehouse network. This role builds scalable operating standards and governance structures that support accountability, efficiency, and growth.

Duties/Responsibilities

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.

Establish warehouse operating standards and best practices.

Create governance and accountability frameworks.

Drive consistency across locations and functions.

Develop operational audits and compliance reviews.

Support scalability and process replication.

Required Skills/Abilities

Strong systems-thinking mindset.

Experience building scalable operating models.

SOP development expertise.

Knowledge of warehouse and distribution best practices.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred.

7+ years of warehouse or operations leadership experience.

Multi-site operations experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

Travel between facilities as needed.

Ability to work in warehouse and office settings.

Supervisory Responsibilities
