TTI Floor Care in Anderson, SC is looking for a Director of E-Commerce. The Director, E-Commerce will be responsible for driving rapid expansion across the company's direct-to-consumer website and marketplace e-commerce businesses, including emerging social commerce platforms. This role owns performance across D2C and marketplace channels and translates data into actionable insights, optimization plans, and growth strategies. This position partners closely with marketing, sales, product and finance teams to improve traffic, conversion, marketplace performance, and digital revenue outcomes. The role begins as an individual contributor with opportunity to scale scope and team responsibility as the business grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS
D2C Performance Ownership: Own and optimize performance of the D2C e-commerce platform (Shopify), including conversion, average order value, traffic quality, and on-site merchandising.
Marketplace Growth: Lead strategy and execution across e-commerce marketplaces, including TikTok Shop and other marketplace platforms, driving listing optimization, content quality, discoverability, and conversion.
Social Commerce Expansion: Develop and execute growth strategies across TikTok marketplace and social commerce models, including testing, optimization, and scaling of winning approaches.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze e-commerce, marketplace, and digital performance data using GA4, platform analytics, and reporting tools to deliver clear and actionable insights.
Insight Generation: Identify trends, performance drivers, and growth opportunities across channels and translate findings into execution plans.
Performance Marketing Support: Partner on SEM, SEO, and PPC strategies to improve traffic acquisition efficiency and conversion outcomes.
SEO & Site Optimization: Lead SEO and on-site optimization efforts across content structure, product pages, and technical elements to improve discoverability and conversion.
Testing & Optimization: Develop and manage testing roadmaps across landing pages, product detail pages, offers, and user journeys to improve funnel performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, media, content, product, and finance teams to align e-commerce initiatives with business goals and campaign plans.
Measurement Frameworks: Help develop and refine e-commerce measurement frameworks and dashboards that connect channel metrics to revenue and profitability outcomes.
Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a prioritized e-commerce growth roadmap, identifying capability gaps, tools, and process improvements.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, or digital commerce performance roles
  • Direct experience managing or optimizing Shopify or similar D2C platforms
  • Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and social commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop preferred
  • Working knowledge of GA4, SEO, SEM, and PPC performance marketing
  • Experience turning analytics and performance data into actionable growth strategies
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; dashboard and visualization tools preferred
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization preferred
  • BS/BA degree preferred (Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field)

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
