CSP is seeking an energetic and passionate Client Success Manager to help propel continued growth for our firm. The Client Success Manager position is a vital aspect of the CSP Sales Team, and will have an immediate impact by optimizing existing client relationships.


Responsibilities (What You’ll Do!):

· Be the “Quarterback” for existing clients, as the go to relationship point of contact

· Identify and close upsell opportunities within each client to help grow the account

· Become a “Trusted Advisor” leading Business Reviews and strategic planning meetings

· Act as the “Voice of the Customer” while collaborating across internal departments
