As a Director of Client Services you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and the lives of our clients. We are seeking a seasoned and passionate professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional client service, driving operational excellence, and fostering strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client service strategies to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction

  • Lead a team of client service coordinators, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of client concerns

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and other care organizations

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of client services, including care planning, scheduling, and billing

  • Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and profitability

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:
