About the Role:
Arcovia Security Group Inc is looking for a driven and visionary Founding Director of Business Development to help shape the future of our growing security firm in Katy, TX. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity where you'll play a pivotal role in building our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and establishing the commercial foundation of the company. If you're a bold, entrepreneurial professional ready to make your mark in the security industry, we want to hear from you.  This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. The annual compensation range listed represents estimated on-target earnings based on performance and is not a guaranteed salary. Earnings are generated through commissions on successfully secured and collected client contracts. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and government security sectors
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, subcontractors, and industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and service offerings
  • Represent Arcovia Security Group at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements
  • Track KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and report business development performance to executive leadership
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience, preferably in the security industry
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong network within the security, law enforcement, or related industries is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
