Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology you are a seasoned and visionary Director who will oversee, optimize and transform all MPS Business Applications especially IFS/ERP, CRM, SCM, EDI, Databrick, Power BI etc. You will lead a high-impact team of IT Managers, Sr. IT Engineers and System Administrators in enhancing and scaling enterprise systems to support MPS rapid growth. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a mature yet dynamic high-tech company with cutting-edge AI enablement technologies.
Key Responsibilities

  • Influence to shape the strategic global roadmap and initiatives, own day-to-day management of MPS business systems including IFS/ERP, MS D365 CRM, EDI, SCM/Adexa,Databrick, MS Power BI, etc.

  • Hardening existing systems for optimization and scalability, audit readiness, and compliance with SOX requirements, by working closely with IT Infrastructure and security teams

  • Partner with Finance, Sales/Marketing, Product Lines, HR, Legal, Procurement teams to understand evolving business requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions

  • Ensure Application governance, data integrity, system security, and adherence to internal controls and SOX processes

  • Mentor, support and grow a high-performing Business Applications team aligned with MPS culture and mission

  • Collaborate with Asia IT team closely to ensure coherent and timely global user supports for all Business Applications

  • Lead system and vendor evaluations, platform assessments, and RFP processes to achieve the optimal technical fit and value for the organization

  • Lead new ERP system evaluation and implementation as technical program lead, to manage vendor selection and system implementation with business stake holders.

  • Ensure successful adoption of new technologies such as AI and enhancements through structured change management practices, including communication, training, and stakeholder alignment

  • Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities for process redesign, automation and integration across systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, with a strong background in high-tech industry

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience building, leading, managing, developing and mentoring direct reports

  • Hands-on experience with ERP (IFS, Oracle or SAP) is a must. Project Management, MS D365 (CRM), EDI, SCM/Adexa, Power BI highly preferred

  • Track record of ERP system implementation projects and support, process optimization, workflow automation, and driving operational efficiency

  • Experience managing SOX compliance, including system controls, audit requirements, and governance

  • Proven success in system and vendor selection, including leading evaluations, RFPs, and contract negotiations

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Strong commitment to excellence and delivering outstanding user experiences

  • Highly analytical and data-driven decision-maker

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment

  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs and technology trends

  • Ability to travel as required for business needs

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The target hiring range for this position is $225,000 - $275,000 annually.
