About the role
MyEyeDr. is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented leader to join our team as Director of Pricing & Promotion Analytics. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide financial performance through the development and optimization of pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness analytics, and commercial decision support.
Reporting to the SVP, Merchandise Planning & Allocation, the Director will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate pricing and promotional investments, identify growth opportunities, optimize portfolio profitability, and deliver actionable insights that enhance both revenue and margin performance.
The ideal candidate combines deep financial acumen with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for translating data into strategies that improve customer engagement and business results.
T his is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of our Raleigh , NC office, with an in-office requirement of two days per week.
You Will
  • Develop and execute financial strategies that support organizational objectives, revenue growth, and long-term profitability.
  • Provide leadership for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
  • Partner with merchandising, marketing, and operations leaders to design, execute, and assess pricing and promotional strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
  • Lead the analysis of promotional effectiveness across channels, evaluating campaign performance, customer response, sales lift, margin impact, and return on investment.
  • Develop and maintain pricing and promotion-related tools, models, and reporting capabilities that support data-driven decision making.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer behavior, demand elasticity, and product profitability to inform pricing and promotional decisions.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate pricing actions and promotional investments.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to optimize promotional cadence, discount strategies, offer structures, and customer targeting approaches.
  • Support eCommerce growth initiatives through pricing, promotional, and commercial performance analytics that accelerate digital revenue and profitability.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, margin expansion, and customer growth.
  • Deliver executive-level analyses, recommendations, and presentations that influence strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, reporting standards, and internal controls.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, pricing strategy, promotion analytics, revenue management, or commercial finance.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating pricing strategies and promotional effectiveness within a retail or consumer-focused environment.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that improve revenue, margin performance, and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio profitability, pricing optimization, customer economics, and promotional ROI measurement.
  • Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Experience leveraging customer, transactional, and market data to generate actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven financial leadership experience in a complex, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analyses into clear business actions and measurable results.
