Job Summary
Lead game-day excellence and operational premium innovation at one of the most iconic venues in professional sports. The Director of Operations will oversee venue operations, event execution, staffing coordination, safety compliance, and service delivery to ensure exceptional experiences for guests, clients, and team partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of operations leadership experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale venues
  • Experience managing large teams and cross-functional departments
  • Knowledge of event operations, staffing logistics, and facility management
  • Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational software systems
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and venue safety procedures

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily venue and event operations
  • Manage operational staffing plans and labor execution
  • Coordinate with culinary, concessions, security, and guest experience teams
