Quad is hiring Part-Time General Laborers to join our Press and Finishing teams at our Franklin, WI plant-and we'd love to meet you!
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the packaging process from the ground up, work with cutting-edge equipment, and build valuable skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Whether you're just starting out or looking to add experience, we provide on-the-job and technical classroom training to help you succeed.
Pay & Flexibility
  • Starting pay: $17.00 / hour (based on experience)
  • Flexible schedules:
    • 4, 6, or 8 hour shifts
    • 1-5 days per week
    • Up to 32 hours/week
    • Perfect for balancing work, school, or life

Shift Options:
  • 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
  • 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
  • 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Sun-Thurs)

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same! You'll have the chance to:
  • Help prepare machines and materials for production
  • Learn how to operate advanced packaging equipment
  • Support basic maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Perform quality checks to ensure top-notch products
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Rotate through tasks like feeding machines, loading pallets, and moving materials

What We're Looking For
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and using your hands frequently
  • Able to lift 10-15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Can follow instructions, multitask, and work independently or with a team
  • Basic math and mechanical aptitude required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work overtime when production demands change
