WhatWe'reLooking For:

This role leadssourcingand contracting in a highvolume, multistate environment, partnering with internal stakeholders to define requirements across hardware, software, services, and equipment. Responsibilities include managing complex RFPs, evaluating suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and delivering analysis that supports strategic decisionmaking. The position works closely with Information Technology and Governance teams, serving as a strategic advisor who translates business needs into actionable sourcing plans and ensures alignment with organizational priorities.

The role oversees the full sourcing lifecycle-from market research and RFP development through bid analysis, negotiation, and contract execution-while ensuring strong supplier performance, service quality,timelydelivery, and adherence to contractual commitments. The Sourcing Contract Manager, Information & Technology, collaborates with Procurement, Payment Services, Legal, Risk Management, IT, IT Security & Governance, and Finance, and reports to the Associate Director, Hotel Acquisition & Operating Analytics.

What YouWillDo:

  • Build/establishand maintain strong, collaborative relationships with financial, operational, and IT internal stakeholders to ensure complete understanding of the business needs and alignment in development and execution of sourcinginitiatives.

  • Build andmaintainstrategic supplier partnerships; hold suppliers accountable for meeting performance standards, ensuring quality, and delivery of contractual commitments

  • Conducts supplier quarterly performance reviews, bid evaluations, contract assessments, and comprehensive product evaluations to ensure alignment with quality, cost,and service expectations.

  • Proactively assess sourcing opportunities by analyzing IT spend data,identifyingcategorypurchasingtrends, evaluating market conditions, and reviewing expiring contracts to develop data-driven strategic sourcing recommendations

  • Leverage e-Business tools including RFP platforms, spend analytics, supplier intelligence, competitive bidding, and contract lifecycle management systems to drive sourcing efficiency and informed decision-making.

  • Acquireandmaintaina strong technical understanding of the services and products sourced to ensure informed decision-making and effective supplier management.

  • Lead and execute sourcing, negotiation, and pricing strategies for multiple supplier agreements concurrently across national, multi-location, and single-property environments.

  • Prepare and develop RFPs,identifyandevaluate qualifiedsuppliersin accordance withLoews standards, analyze and present vendor RFP responses to executive leadership, conduct strategic negotiations,and provide well-supported business case recommendations

  • Responsible for contract execution in coordination with Legal, Risk Management,and IT Governance,ensuringtimelydelivery of goods and services.

  • Manages Information Technology (IT) service and supply contract renewals and terminations, ensuringoptimalcontract terms and coverage.

  • Adhere to sourcing strategies by evaluating sourcing alternatives,identifyingtheoptimalsourcingmethodology, andestablishingproject plans and timelines to deliver effectivevalue-drivensourcing solutions.

  • Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and key milestone benchmarks to ensure thetimelyand efficient execution of business needs

  • Read, interpret, haveaclear understanding, and communicate technology contract terms.

  • Identify, track,and report annual cost savings achieved against budget; prepare and present findings totheAssociate Director, Hotel Acquisition & Operating Analytics & IT Leadership

  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

  • Provide regular status updates on all initiatives to the Associate Director, Hotel Acquisition & OperatingAnalyticsand IT Leadership; proactively and promptly escalate issues and request support to resolve roadblocks tomaintainmomentum

  • Develop and deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations to leadership, effectively communicating sourcing strategies,insightsand outcomes

  • May berequiredto work varying schedules to reflect business needs

Your Experience Includes:

  • Minimum2+ years of Technology sourcing/procurement experience, including IT hardware, software, and SaaS.

  • Strong analytical, business process, and problemsolving skills; able to interpret specifications and make sound decisions.

  • Proficient with technology systems such as spend analytics and eprocurement tools; working knowledge of Smartsheet.

  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, andpresentationcommunication abilities.

  • Ability to conduct and interpret sourcing analyses and translate results into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Highly organized with effective timemanagement skills; able to prioritize in a fastpaced, evolving environment.

  • Motivated, resultsoriented, and adaptable; a teamoriented selfstarter with a solutionfocused mindset.

  • Knowledge of supply chain, technical process sourcing, and IT procurement best practices, tools, and principles.

  • RFP Software Platform Experiencepreferred
