El Director General es responsable de la excelencia operativa general de un único bar deportivo de los Buffalo Wild Wings, incluyendo las ventas del edificio y todos los demás aspectos de pérdidas y beneficios, la contratación y formación tanto de los miembros de la dirección como del equipo por horas, la ejecución diaria de seguridad/sanidad, la preparación de alimentos de calidad y el servicio al cliente. Responsable de la limpieza, reparación y mantenimiento del equipo del edificio. El Director General es responsable de comunicar y administrar todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Modela las habilidades y comportamientos de la hostelería realizando visitas al 100% a las mesas de los clientes del restaurante.
  • Supervisar las operaciones de los restaurantes para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y beneficios (incluyendo mano de obra por horas y costes de las ventas)
  • Investiga e identifica técnicas de marketing para atraer nuevos visitantes.
  • Revisa y analiza el P L mensual y comunica los resultados a los responsables. Desarrollar planes que impacten en áreas de oportunidad.
  • Asegura el cumplimiento de PCI en todos los documentos de transacciones con tarjeta de crédito.
  • Responsable de garantizar que todas las tareas financieras (facturas, informes) y administrativas relacionadas con personal/nóminas se realicen de manera precisa, puntual y conforme a las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Asegura un entorno seguro de trabajo y de visitas para reducir el riesgo de lesiones y accidentes. Responsable de la correcta presentación y documentación de todas las lesiones y/o incidentes relacionados con invitados y miembros del equipo.
  • Responsable del horario semanal del equipo de gestión y de las solicitudes de días libres.
  • Dirige reuniones semanales de gerentes, planifica y construye reuniones de turnos.
  • Comunicar y llevar a cabo eficazmente la implementación de nuevos programas, políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Gestionar eficazmente todas las quejas de los huéspedes de manera oportuna y profesional.
  • Construye relaciones positivas y profesionales con los miembros de la comunidad.
  • Responsable de todas las necesidades de personal para garantizar que se mantengan los niveles adecuados de personal; Revisa solicitudes, entrevista a candidatos, incorpora a los nuevos empleados, orientación, formación y despidos.
