Job description

MDSearch is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused General Practitioner with experience in cosmetic injecting to take on the role of Medical Director for a premier cosmetic aesthetic clinic in Fort McMurray. Mainly, you will serve as a Cosmetic Injector, administering facial injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP, as well as other aesthetic treatments. Additionally, as the Medical Director, your responsibilities extend to supervising the clinic's operations in collaboration with the Regional Director, Clinic Lead, and other support staff.

Required Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP). Current license in good standing with CPSA. Superior understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry. Compensation & Revenue Sharing: The medical group's model is performance-driven and rewards both clinical activity and leadership roles. Compensation is tied to service volume, case mix, and overall involvement in the clinic, with opportunities to earn additional stipends and a percentage on supervised treatments.

Injectors are paid based on: Services they personally provide Services they supervise (if applicable) A percentage of total clinic-wide sales, when serving as the Medical Director NOTE: Median doctor billings are around $500K annually, with many comfortably in the six figures. Top performers bill over $2M annually Non-compete terms (for 12 months, 25km / 15km major metros) About the Organization: The clinic is part of Canada's largest network of high-end aesthetic clinics.
