Job description

Kelly Services is hiring a Fence Installation Foreman for a fencing compnay in Middleborough, MA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced fence installation leader who can supervise crews, coordinate jobsite activity, and ensure residential and light industrial fence projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Location: Middleborough, MA
Pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience (higher for the right person)
Schedule: Full-time, 8–10 hour shifts, 40–50 hours/week
Work Location: On the road

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supervising and coordinating daily fence installation and repair work
  • Leading crews on residential and light industrial fence projects
  • Reading and interpreting work orders, plans, specifications, blueprints, and drawings
  • Ensuring installations meet quality, accuracy, and safety standards
  • Scheduling and coordinating project timelines, crew members, and subcontractors
  • Using tools and equipment such as augers, generators, diggers, post pounders, saws, compressors, hammers, and hand tools
  • Communicating with customers, team members, regulatory agencies, and business partners
  • Maintaining jobsite safety and ensuring OSHA compliance
  • Using cell phones, GPS software, tablets, and portable computers for jobsite communication and tracking
This job might be a great fit if you:
  • Have 2+ years of foreman experience
  • Have 5+ years of fence installation experience, preferred
  • Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Can obtain or currently hold a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
  • Have OSHA 10 certification, preferred
  • Can pass a drug screen, including marijuana
  • Can read and interpret blueprints, plans, work orders, and construction documents
  • Have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Have a hoisting license, a plus
