Job description

Work with your hands in the great outdoors, while enjoying new scenery every day.

Duties (Include but are not limited to):

  • Lead, direct and train installers at jobsite
  • Interact with customers if needed and communicate with operations manager
  • Responsible for quality and timeliness of installtion
  • Load and unload supplies on trucks in preparation for work day
  • Follow directions from crew leaders while developing skill sets
  • Install various types of fences, including wood, aluminum vinyl, and chain-link
  • Measure and mark fence lines to ensure accurate installation
  • Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground
  • Mix and pour concrete
  • Attach fence panels or pickets to posts using appropriate hardware
  • Cut and shape materials as needed to fit specific dimensions
  • Repair or replace damaged sections of existing fences
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Skills:

  • Maintain a positive can-do attitude at all times
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles during installation process
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members

Note: Prior experience as a fence installer is required.

Additional training will be provided for candidates with relevant skills and a strong work ethic.
